As we gather with loved ones this Thanksgiving, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every Flight Attendant who continues to bring professionalism, compassion, and resilience to the line each and every day. The work you do often behind the scenes, often without the recognition it deserves is the foundation of safety and service for millions of passengers. For that, we are profoundly thankful.
This year has also been one of importance in our ongoing contract efforts. Your unity, participation, and willingness to stand together have strengthened our position at the bargaining table and made clear that Flight Attendants are committed to securing the pay, protections, and quality of life improvements we deserve. While negotiations are still ongoing, recent progress reflects the power of our collective voice, and we remain fully focused on achieving a contract that honors your value and your work.
As we head into the busy holiday travel season, we want you to know that your union stands with you. We see your dedication, your strength, and the sacrifices you make during a time when many are home with their families. Please take care of yourselves, support one another, and know that we are fighting every day to deliver the contract you have earned.
