We have exciting news! There will be a redesigned United AFA website launch on January 24, 2024! Unitedafa.org will have a more user-friendly experience, improving accessibility around the globe. This site is for Flight Attendants by Flight Attendants and is paving a new way to support our future.
While there are many changes in the works, one of the most important is the site's privacy and security. The majority of unitedafa.org will now require credentials to log in which means full content access will only be available to United AFA Members. To access information beyond what is public-facing, each Member will need a Memberlink account. Memberlink is the same portal that is used to file Local Council Worksheets.
By harmonizing the usernames and passwords, Flight Attendants will have one universal login for everything related to AFA. If you have already signed up for Memberlink, you are good to go.
Memberlink Set up:
On your first visit to the Memberlink page, you will be asked to “Sign Up Now,” which will require that you have your employee (file) number, leaving off the “U” and any leading zeros. The system is programmed to accept just the numbers. For example, if your Employee (file) number is u001234, enter only 1234 to start the validation process for setting up an account. The system requires you to set a unique password to access your account. Your account will always be identified by your employee (file) number. Be advised that the system will not accept corporate e-mail (united.com addresses). Please provide a personal e-mail address.
Once submitted, you will receive an authentication email that will be valid for one hour. If you do not receive the email within ten (10) minutes, we recommend that you check your spam folder. When you select the verification link contained in the email, you will be redirected to the new site.
Having established an account, you will have full access to the new unitedafa.org and an opportunity to verify and provide the Union with your preferred contact information – address, telephone number(s), and e-mail addresses.
