We offer the following clarification on how the quarterly incentive bonus pay calculation is determined. To ensure accurate calculations, please refer to the following information outlined at the top of the Master Schedule: Month to Date (MTD) block hours, vacation (VAC), and deadhead (DHD).
To illustrate the process, let's review the example below and extract the necessary data from your personal schedule. By following the provided format, you can calculate the total hours eligible for the incentive pay in the calendar quarter. It's important to note that any values other than actual block hours, vacation, and deadhead should be excluded from this calculation. For instance, MDP (Medical Doctor's Prescription) and Sick Leave should not be included.
Additionally, please bear in mind that the maximum number of hours eligible for the incentive is 330 hours. Moreover, no incentive pay will be applicable for block hours flown exceeding 110 hours in a bid month.
