It is the season for Reserve Flight Attendants to indicate their layover choices around the Christmas holiday. Reserves may indicate their layover choices for the three (3) days preceding and two (2) days following December 25.
The company will make these wish list assignments starting at 1400 local domicile time the day prior up through 1645 local domicile time on the day prior. Then, the Reserve Preference programming will run at 1700 Home Domicile Time (HDT) followed by the Reserve clean-up process.
Reserves may begin entering their 2021 Christmas Wish List (CWL) layover requests via the CWL site, which may be accessed in one of three ways:
- Via www.unitedafa.org/wishlist
- Via “2021 Reserve Christmas Wish List” under the Reserve tab in CCS
- Via the “Quick Links” section of the Inflight Services homepage on Flying Together
Special thanks to our MEC Reserve Committee and Christopher Lee for their work to ensure that our most recent New Hire Flight Attendants were added to the RCWL system in allowing them to indicate their preference of layover location for this holiday period. It took some extra effort to ensure their names were gathered and the technical work to include their names in the system was completed and they were very happy to create this opportunity for our newest Members.
