Program Coverage Details: The annual cost, which is payroll deductible, is $30 for coverage from December 1, 2021, through November 30, 2022 for both the Link and Sled. This year, the company will offer a second coverage option covering only the Link device at a cost of $24. If you opt into the program: The annual enrollment fee of $30 covers the first replacement claim for a lost or stolen Link/sled (per year). Any additional replacement claims will be paid by the employee. If you opt out of the program: You are automatically opted out of the program if you do not make an election.
