New Uniform Program Update

To date, almost all Flight Attendants have received either a complete or partial launch kit shipment. In instances where some garments were not in stock, a partial launch kit was shipped, and as pieces become available, Brooks Brothers is shipping them out.

The return/exchange process for Flight Attendants with a U.S. shipping address opened last week. Garments can be exchanged until May 12th or within 90 days of when they were shipped, whichever is later. For detailed instructions on the exchange process, refer to the February 12th Inflight Services Weekly article.

Please note:

  • An unwashed and unaltered garment may be exchanged for a different size or piece within the same category. For example, a shirt may be exchanged for a different shirt (including short-sleeve for long-sleeve), but not for pants or a skirt.
  • The number of items being exchanged must match the quantity being ordered as replacements.
  • Exchanges sent from an international location, including Guam, require some additional shipping documentation. The process is almost final and we anticipate that international exchanges will become available within the next several weeks.

The company is recommending that the exchange process be utilized prior to going the alteration route, especially if a sizing or fit issue can be resolved through an exchange. Details of the uniform alteration program will be released toward the end of this month.
