Company-provided W2 tax forms are available electronically on Flying Together. You can find your W2 under Flying Together > Employee Services > Tools and Resources > My Info > View Year End Tax Forms.
Paper W2 forms will be mailed by January 31, 2025 for those Flight Attendants who elected for mailed paper forms instead of electronic means.
If you forgot to elect for an electronic W2 or would like to change your preferences for receiving your 2025 tax forms next year, update your preference by going to Flying Together > Employee Services > Health & Insurance (YBR). Once on YBR (Your Benefits Resources), click on Spending & Savings Accounts > Manage Your Account, click Health Savings Account under Your Accounts, and click on Tax Forms to switch your delivery preference.
