Pursuant to Section 5.A of the JCBA, per diem rates increase by five cents ($0.05) every two years after the Date of Signing. Effective on August 29, 2024, per diem rates increased by five cents ($0.05) and are paid as follows:
Domestic: $2.40/hour
International: $2.90/hour
August 29th is the first day of the September bid month and the per diem increase is reflected in the September CCS Pay Register.
