For your financial planning purposes, as provided in Section 3.BB. of our Contract, the direct deposit of funds for our January 1, 2024, paycheck will be available on the first business day after the holiday on January 2, 2024.
This is the one exception where the company is not required to have these funds available to us prior to the actual pay date. Doing so would place the January 1 paycheck as income into the previous calendar year for all tax purposes.
The January pay advice will be visible in the Manager’s Toolbox with a 1/2/2024 funding date.
